I help people understand and manage stress, release stress from the body and heal faster from exhaustion and burnout.
I am a trained holistic life coach who focuses on stress management. But I have been working with people, their health and nervous systems since 2009 when I trained at Raynor Naturopathic Massage in London.
I have felt in my hands what stress does to people. I have felt the manic energy of the stressed, and the eerie stillness of the exhausted. Feeling this has affected me deeply and has led me to delve deeper into everything related to stress.
I have taken many courses over the years, such as: movement coach, yoga teacher, gong therapy and nutritional healing. When I took my yoga teacher training I learned about what fascia is and how strongly it is connected to stress. I have since developed my studies in fascia through various workshops and training. This has also led to me creating a unique stress release treatment where you are helped to let go of stress and actually release stress from the body.
